Alcohol help resources

If you want to talk to someone about your drinking, or about someone else's, these free services and organizations can help. PlateLens keeps a record of what you log; for advice about your health, talk to a doctor or another health professional.

In an emergency, call your local emergency number: 911 in the United States, Canada and Mexico, 112 in Spain and the rest of the European Union, and 999 in the United Kingdom.

Talk to a health professional

A doctor, nurse or pharmacist can talk with you about drinking in confidence and tell you which services are available where you live. This is also the place to start in a country that is not listed below.
