How do I track a meal?
Simply tap the camera button on the home screen, take a photo of your meal, and our AI will automatically analyze the nutritional content. You can also search for foods manually or scan barcodes.
How accurate is the AI analysis?
Our AI provides estimates based on visual analysis. For best results, take clear photos with good lighting and include all items in the frame. You can always adjust the portions and ingredients after analysis.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PlateLens. On Android, open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → PlateLens.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app via Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period. Learn more on our

How do I sync with Apple Health or Google Health Connect?
Go to Profile → Settings → Health Integration. From there, you can enable syncing for steps, weight, and other health metrics. Make sure to grant the necessary permissions when prompted.
Why isn't my AI coach responding?
The AI coach is available for users with an active subscription or during the free trial period. If you're subscribed and still having issues, try restarting the app or checking your internet connection.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Restore Purchases. This will sync your subscription status with the app store. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
