Panda Express calorie calculator: bowls, plates and bigger plates

This Panda Express calorie calculator adds one published side serving and the entrées in a Bowl, Plate or Bigger Plate: one, two or three entrée servings respectively. Add a drink and extras to total the order’s calories and nutrients. Every dish uses its own published portion in ounces; the container changes the entrée count and contributes no invented nutrition row.

Values recalculate as you change the options. Form selections are not sent or stored; the math runs in your browser.

Totals use one full side and full entrée portions; scoops, regional recipes and drink ice can vary. Half-and-half sides have no separate published row and are not offered. Some published drink rows contain inconsistent carbohydrate or sugar figures; affected selections are flagged, with the source values preserved.

How the calculation works

Total nutrient = published full side value + Σ (published entrée value × serving count) + drink and extra servings. A Bowl has one entrée, a Plate two and a Bigger Plate three. Repeating an entrée counts its full serving again. Entrée weights differ by dish and are shown in oz, so one serving does not mean the same weight for every dish. Nutrition totals use kcal, g and mg as labelled.

Nutrition information published by Panda Express. Revision: Live web chart, no revision stamp published — identified by retrieval date 2026-09-07. Retrieved: September 7, 2026. PlateLens is not affiliated with Panda Express; figures come from the chain’s own published nutrition information.

Limits of the estimate

Adult meal portions are used; Panda Cub Meal rows are excluded. Appetizers count the chart’s full serving, such as three rangoon or two spring rolls, not one arbitrary piece. Fountain drink sizes differ from brewed tea sizes; use the row’s exact fluid ounces. Fanta Strawberry, Powerade Fruit Punch and Lemon Green Tea include flagged chart inconsistencies. Blank Kids Lemon Green Tea values are omitted, never estimated.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a Panda Express Bowl, Plate and Bigger Plate?

Panda Express defines a Bowl as one side and one entrée, a Plate as one side and two entrées, and a Bigger Plate as one side and three entrées. The calculator adds the corresponding full published portions. The container itself has no nutrition row, and an entrée repeated twice contributes two servings of the same dish.

Does the Panda Express calculator include half-and-half sides?

No. Panda Express offers side splitting in restaurants but the supplied nutrition chart publishes only full side servings. This calculator therefore selects one full side rather than presenting an unmeasured half-and-half combination as a published figure. Side weights also differ by dish, so the table preserves the exact portion ounces associated with each nutrition row.

Where does the Panda Express calculator get its nutrition data?

The values come from Panda Express’s own published United States nutrition information, retrieved on September 7, 2026. This page identifies the chart revision or retrieval stamp and links to the primary source. Tables preserve the published values and portion descriptions; missing figures are never filled in with another chain’s numbers or an invented ingredient estimate.

Are the calories exact for my Panda Express order?

The calculator uses Panda Express’s reference values for standard United States recipes and portions. Actual serving quantity, preparation, ingredient supply and location can change the food you receive. The total helps explain the published order but does not measure the meal in front of you or replace individualized advice from a qualified health professional.

Does the calculator store my choices or require an account?

No account is needed to use this calculator. Form selections and nutrition arithmetic stay in your browser and are not sent or saved as meal records. Reloading the page resets the order. The reference tables remain available without interacting with the form, so every published row and its stated portion can also be read directly.
