Starbucks calorie calculator: build your exact drink
This Starbucks calorie calculator shows the published calories, macros and caffeine for 140 standard drink-and-size recipes. Choose a drink and its size to read the matching Starbucks US nutrition record; no ingredient arithmetic is used. Milk swaps, syrup pumps, cold foam and extra shots change the recipe, but Starbucks publishes no standalone customization deltas, so those changes cannot be calculated here.
Result breakdown
| Item and servings | Calories (kcal) | Protein (g) | Carbs (g) | Fat (g) | Saturated fat (g) | Sodium (mg) | Sugars (g) | Caffeine (mg) |
|---|
Values recalculate as you change the options. Form selections are not sent or stored; the math runs in your browser.
Only the standard US recipe is covered. Milk, syrups, sauces, sweeteners, toppings, cold foam and extra shots can change calories and caffeine; none is counted as a zero-calorie customization. Portions, preparation and regional recipes vary.
How the calculation works
Nutrition for the selected drink = the published Starbucks record for that drink and size. Calories are in kcal; fat, saturated fat, carbohydrates, sugars and protein are in g; sodium and caffeine are in mg. The size is shown in US fluid ounces (fl oz). A different size is a different published record, never a proportional estimate.
Nutrition information published by Starbucks. Revision: us-online-menu-2026-09-07. Retrieved: September 7, 2026. Starbucks publishes no revision date; the identifier is our retrieval stamp. PlateLens is not affiliated with Starbucks; figures come from the chain’s own published nutrition information.
Limits of the estimate
No adjustment is made for ice, decaf, milk quantity, syrup pumps or toppings. The exact Starbucks nutrition page is linked in the result and each table row. Starbucks supplies caffeine as a recipe figure; the amount in the cup can vary with preparation. These figures do not determine whether a drink fits a medical caffeine restriction.
Milk, syrup pumps, whipped cream, cold foam and shots: what changes the number
Starbucks publishes figures only for the complete standard recipe. These are the customizations that can change the result; standalone values are not published and they are not calculated. Names are kept as they appear in the US menu so they can be checked at the source.

Frequently asked questions
Can the Starbucks calculator count syrup pumps and milk swaps?
No. Starbucks publishes nutrition for a complete standard beverage, not separate nutrition records for each milk, syrup pump, sauce, sweetener, topping or shot. This calculator therefore offers only drink and size controls. The customization lists explain what changes the result, while the linked Starbucks recipe record shows exactly which published figure the calculator is using.
Does the Starbucks calculator include caffeine?
Yes. Every one of the 140 published drink-and-size records includes caffeine in milligrams, alongside calories and seven other nutrition values. Changing the selected drink or size loads its own caffeine figure. Caffeine is not calculated from drink volume or inferred from espresso shots, because different recipes and sizes do not scale in a uniform way.
Where does the Starbucks calculator get its nutrition data?
The values come from Starbucks’s own published United States nutrition information, retrieved on September 7, 2026. This page identifies the chart revision or retrieval stamp and links to the primary source. Tables preserve the published values and portion descriptions; missing figures are never filled in with another chain’s numbers or an invented ingredient estimate.
Are the calories exact for my Starbucks order?
The calculator uses Starbucks’s reference values for standard United States recipes and portions. Actual serving quantity, preparation, ingredient supply and location can change the food you receive. The total helps explain the published order but does not measure the meal in front of you or replace individualized advice from a qualified health professional.
Does the calculator store my choices or require an account?
No account is needed to use this calculator. Form selections and nutrition arithmetic stay in your browser and are not sent or saved as meal records. Reloading the page resets the order. The reference tables remain available without interacting with the form, so every published row and its stated portion can also be read directly.
